i am having a major problem with acer 4740g….ii it overheating everytime i start viewing graphic oriented stuffs…

i need help…i have to place a very big fan beside me (focused on the laptop) just to view a movie..

what should i do? what is the problem..??

Just asking for your opinion. I too bought an Acer ASPIRE Laptop 4740G just like yours except that its HDD is only 320 GB. Do you know where we can buy a DDR3 sodimm that is 4GB? I plan to upgrade my laptop’s memory of 4 G to 6 G. Also what’s your take on an ACER ASPIRE laptop that is worth almost 110,000 pesos with a processor of intel core i7 and has a blu-ray DVD player? Is it worth buying? Where can we find updates for the firmware for NVIDIA GEFORCE 310M. Please help. Thanks.
