So after 3 weeks of waiting, I finally got the 25GB data I purchased! My patience has paid off LOL. Anyway, I give their customer service 3.5 / 5 stars. While their tech support 2 / 5 stars.
– If you need support, don’t contact them via FB, contact them via Twitter. They are active in Twitter.
– Don’t activate your sim or buy load during the wee hours of the morning. Problems usually occur during those times.

It’s been more than a week now and they haven’t given me my load yet. I follow-up everyday with them but nothing. They do reply but they’re not giving me what I want – the 25GB data I bought!

Their FB account finally replied! I of course responded back and once again we’re back again to waiting for their response, probably another 4 days… Their Twitter account is active though so that’s good.
I still haven’t gotten the 25GB I’ve purchased.

A bit of good news. Support came through and was able to finally activate my account and give me the free 25GB! The additional purchase 25GB hasn’t been credited though. Not sure why they can’t just credit them all in one go. Hopefully, this gets resolved by tomorrow.

Still no update on their FB messenger account. I sent them a tweet though and they replied via DM. They’ve given me a support ticket number and am waiting for them to resolve the problem.
I’ve found others with the same problem and they were able to resolve this problem by updating their GOMO account details like name, bday, email then verifying their email again. This worked for them, unfortunately not for me 🙁

It has been more than 24 hours since I’ve sent a message to their support. But they haven’t replied yet, not even a “seen”. The frustrating thing is, they do reply to other people sending them a message via their FB messenger account! I know this because I asked my friend to send them a message multiple times on different days, so what happened?
Finally got my sim today. I have to admit, I was quite excited to get it because who wouldn’t?! Data that doesn’t expire, count me in! However, my excitement soon turned into disappointment…
I inserted the sim into the sim slot, downloaded the GOMO app, created an account but after activation, the promised free 25GB was not credited to my account. I tried to buy 25GB of data worth P299 instead just because I want to test the sim out but that it wasn’t credited to my account either after a successful purchase (via GCash)!
I got the error message as seen in the image.
What’s happening?? GOMO please fix this. I’ve rated the app 1 star for now because of this bad initial experience. Wasted around P500 so far for a sim that doesn’t work as designed.
If anyone’s wondering, I’m using a OnePlus6T phone. Would that have anything to do with it? I doubt it.
By the way, I’ve sent a PM to their support today but no replies yet. Let’s see how long they take to respond. I will report any updates here.
